What is your processing time?
Processing time could take up to 2 business days depending on the day and time the order was placed.
How long does it take for an order to be shipped?
All orders get mailed by the United States Postal Service®, via First-Class Mail®.
U.S. Orders: shipping should take 1 - 3 business days.
International Orders: shipping should take up to 14 business days. However, it could take longer depending on the country of destination and customs. Please be aware that you may have to pay additional charges such as import taxes and customs duties before you can collect your order.

Can I track my order status?
I’m currently offering USPS Mail with Tracking at check out. You will get a tracking number once your order is on its way. Tracking available to United States orders only.
What is your return and refund policy?
If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, I’ll be happy to offer you a refund. Please email me at email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Make sure to indicate your order number and the reason of the return. Ship items back within 14 days of delivery. Please be informed that:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Custom, personalized or digital download orders can't be returned or exchanged.
